Oka National Park (Le Littoral section).
The athletes will enjoy an exceptional site.
The competition is offered to individuals or teams of 2 or 3 athletes.

GETTING THERE
Highway 640 west, to the very end, always straight ahead, follow the signs: TRIATHLON

All the competitions will use the same course.
TRIATHLON
SWIM 750m
In Lac Des Deux Montagnes, by successive waves.
BIKE 20 km
Flat course, closed to traffic (2laps).
RUN 5 km
Hard packed course bordering Lac Des Deux Montagnes, (forth and back).
DUATHLON
RUN 5 km
Hard packed course bordering Lac Des Deux Montagnes, (forth and back).
BIKE 20 km
Flat course, closed to traffic (2laps).

SERVICES
Info booth, parking lot, water stations, security plus info signs throughout the course, toilets, medical and lunch. Results will be posted after each race.

AWARDS CEREMONY
A medal will be awarded to the first three in each category.
The mailing of a medal is offered at 5$.
RULES
- Each participant must be autonomous and cannot receive any outside assistance.
- Wet suits allowed if the water temperature is below 22°.
- Certified (hard) cycling helmet, bathing cap provided by the organisation running shirt and bib number worn in front during the run are mandatory. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
- No drafting allowed on bike run.
- Transition area: Cyclists must deposit their bikes in their reserved space on the racks.
- End of the race: Cyclists must dismount at the line (before entering transition area).
I.T.U. rules will be follow.
TEAM TRANSITION
Procedure: the swimmer in the triathlon or the runner in the duathlon must touch the cyclist and as well the cyclist must touch the runner in the transition area reserved for team triathlon and duathlon.
IMPORTANT: the timing chip must be passed from swimmer to cyclist to runner for the triathlon and from runner to cyclist to runner in the duathlon.
TIMING
ChampionChip timing by SPORTSTATS.
Split times will be taken at the entrance to the bike transition zone, at the run exit and at the finish line for both individuals and teams.
Results will be posted on our web site by SPORTSTATS right after the event.

There will be Oka National Park entry fees for each person.
SporTriple will pay such fees for the participants and their suite.

A FREE T-SHIRT WILL BE OFFERED TO ATHLETES WHO WILL REGISTER AND PAY BEFORE May 22nd 2010.
Your bib number will be given at the registration.
The Race kit (bib, swim cap and chip) will be available at the site from 7am on race day.
