Oka National Park (Le Littoral section).
The athletes will enjoy an exceptional site.

- 09 h 15 : Information meeting
- 09 h 30 : 21,1km start
- 09 h 45 : 5 km start
- 09 h 50 : 10 km start
- 12 h 00 : Award presentation
GETTING THERE
Highway 640 west, to the very end, turn right and take road 344 to the Park gate.
COURSE
Hilly course.
5 and 10km, return course.
21,1km, return course (2 laps)
SERVICES
Info booth, parking lot, water stations, security plus info signs throughout the course, toilets,, showers,medical and lunch. Results will be posted after each race.
A SALAD BAR WILL BE OFFERED.

TIMING
ChampionChip timing by SPORTSTATS.
The chip must be at the ankle (no chip, no result)
Split times will be taken at the end of the first run segment, at the start
of the second run segment and at the finish line for both individuals and teams.
Results will be posted on our web site by SPORTSTATS right after the event.
RESULTS
A medal will be awarded to the first three in each category.
The mailing of a medal is offered at 5$.

There will be 5,25$ Oka National Park entry fees for each person.
SporTriple will pay such fees ONLY for the participants who are on our
pre-registration list before WEDNESDAY APRIL 25ft, 2012 AT 12 PM.
This list is required by the Oka National Park.

A number will be given to all participants during the registration. You will get the number and the chip on the morning of the event from 7 am.
