RACE SITE
The event will take place at beautiful Plage Major
in Ste-Agathe-des-Monts.
This magnificent site offers a wonderful
beach and clean swimming water.
Water
temperature at that time of year ranges between 22° and 24°C.

- 08 h 45 : Information meeting (5 km)
- 09 h 00 : 5 km start
- 09 h 30 : Information meeting (1 & 2 km)
- 09 h 45 : 2 km start
- 09 h 50 : 1 km start
- 12 h 00 : Awards presentation

Laurentian Autoroute 15 to exit 86.
Follow signs for TRIATHLON & DUATHLON

Triangle course of 1km in Lac des Sables.

SERVICES
Free parking, water stations, toilets, medical care, security, directions and
kilometre markers throughout the course.
Results will be posted during the
event.
A snack will be provided after the race.
A SALAD BAR WILL BE SERVED.

RESULTS
Medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in
each category.
Medals send by mail, $5 fees.
RULES
- Bathing cap supplied by the organisation is mandatory.
- Wet suits are not allowed.
- All participants must be members of the Quebec Swimming Federation
or of another recognized National Federation.
- Any participant not member of a federation must pay the one-day
membership fee of $5
- The minimum age is 12 as of race day.
- Distance permit for 12 - 13 years 1km and 2km.
